Termite Control

Termites are very interesting creatures but we definitely don't want them in our buildings. Unlike some other types of insects, termites don’t hibernate or die during the winter. Rather they retreat to their nests. In the case of Eastern subterranean termites, this is underground below the freeze line. However, if it is a mild winter, termites will stay closer to the surface. And if termites were already present into your home or business before the cold set in outside, they can remain active throughout the winter months.
